What can
the Key performance indicators (KPI) module do?
It can generate both individual and bulk evaluation forms, calculate reward amounts based on the percentage of goal achievement, and export these rewards to the payroll module. It also allows you to set up relationships between evaluators and those being evaluated, as well as track all evaluation periods.
Module outputs
It allows you to create reports that reflect your employees' performance. You also have the option to export all records' data to MS Excel, including an overview of annual evaluations.
