What can
the Learning & development module do?
Record the complete education plan, including total costs, dates, types of training and list of training providing organizations. In this module you can create education activity plans and simultaneously track expense utilization. You can create educational records and automatically update them after the completion of individual activities. Automatic email notifications about the approaching expiration of trainings and certifications are also included as well as automatic invitations for scheduled trainings. The evaluation of completed trainings also takes place directly within the system.
Module outputs
Module provides you the access to employee educational records, training plans, and even evaluations regarding plan fulfillment. Overview of training costs and attendance lists are a matter of course. User reports provides you with the option to export various types of data to MS Excel and MS Word.
