What can
the Absence approval module do?
Module eliminates paper-based requests like vacation request or various medical appointments requests. The module digitizes the entire process of approving employee absences and records it automatically in the attendance system. You can define custom absence types (sick day, home office, blood donation, etc.). An employee can see their balance of available vacation days and doctor appointments while entering a request for leave. Employees can also submit requests and track their status through the Humanet mobile app.
Online access allows managers to see information about their employees' planned absences for a selected period.
