What do I need to know?

What do I need to launch the Humanet mobile application

To use the Mobile application, you need to be a user of the Humanet system. The application operates in combination with the Personnel Data, Attendance, Absence Approval modules, which must be activated and correctly configured for your company. In the case of displaying pay slips, the Payroll module is also required.

It is also important to have your phone connected to the internet via secure WiFi or mobile data. For the Mobile application to function correctly, you need a phone with Android 6 or newer, or iOS 13.2 or newer operating system.

Are my data secure in the application?

From the user's perspective, the application is secured by login credentials to the Humanet system's database and also by a PIN code that the user sets during their initial login to the application. The PIN code is required each time the application is resumed (including instances of minimization or switching windows, where the application remains active in the background).

What type of company is the mobile application designed for?

The Humanet mobile application is designed for any type of company. It can be used by employees of large corporations, public and state administration, as well as employees of small family businesses.

After logging into the Humanet Mobile application, it is not possible to proceed further.

To proper function of the Humanet mobile application you need to ask your employer to enable the option for using mobile application for you in the Humanet system settings. Subsequently, it is necessary to choose the correct type of database for you.

Is the Humanet mobile application paid?

The Humanet mobile application is subject to charges according to the current Humanet price list.

Is the application also available on the iStore?

The Humanet mobile application is available for iOS 13.2 and higher.

The process for logging into the application is simple:

  1. Download the mobile application from Google Play or the App Store.
  2. Log in using your credentials that you use to access the Humanet system.
  3. Select the database where you have the attendance module activated (if you have access to multiple databases).
  4. Set up a unique PIN code.
  5. You can fully utilize the Humanet mobile application from now on.
