What can
the Performance rewards module do?
Track employees who meet the criteria for performance rewards. Module allows you to record indicators and evaluation scales for employees, giving you an overview of tasks related to performance-based compensation.
Module outputs
Print the evaluations based on relevant employee indicators and their percentage fulfillment. You are able to print financial resources, as well as statistical outputs with options for detailed breakdowns. Export the displayed records to MS Excel is also possible.
